Jen Hartley is the owner and operator of Aspen Event Solutions. Formerly the Director of Marketing, Catering and Events of Aspen's legendary private club - Caribou Club. This members only club offers a nightclub, restaurant and bar as well as a renown event venue and off premises catering department. Jen was with the club for 18 years and had the opportunity to build their Catering and Events Department into a world class operation. Her responsibilities included managing all operations, administration, sales and marketing of events on and off premises. Her mission was (and continues to be) to care for each client, vendor and staff member like family, and treat each event with genuine love. Jen's experience and professionalism combined with the club's talented staff, beautiful venue and culinary mastery created Aspen's finest catering and venue for weddings, corporate events, non-profit galas and social affairs. Although difficult to leave such an exclusive opportunity, she knew it was time to spread her wings and start Aspen Event Solutions.
During her 30+ year career in the event world Jen has worked in the concierge, food & beverage, catering, high-end planning, vendor and client relations. She supervised the concierge desks and programs for the Marketing, Sales Service Team of Vail Resorts, Inc. (Vail, CO - 7yrs), was Director of Events with Pacifica Restaurant Group (Del Mar, CA - 3yrs), and eventually had the directorship with Caribou Club. This created a well rounded career experiencing all sides of luxury events and building relationships with the exclusive clients, vendors and planners.
